Obituary for Virginia Crawford (Barnhart)
Virginia L. Crawford, 78, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 in ProMedica Chambersburg. Born November 2, 1943 in Hagerstown, MD she was the daughter of the late Charles Carpenter and Helen (Barnhart) and Buster Turner.
She is survived by her husband, David E. Crawford; five children, Christina Heinbaugh of Greencastle, PA, Shelby Parson (Rich) of Shady Gap, PA, Sherry Jones of Waynesboro, PA, Gary Moats of Texas and Brian Moats of Maryland; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two brothers, lee Turner and Buster “Bussy” Turner. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a grandson, Eric Moats and a sister, Joetta Turner.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by SimpleChoice Cremation Services, Inc, Chambersburg.
