Obituary for Steven Harris
Steven Douglas Harris, 65, of Chambersburg, PA passed away in the Chambersburg Hospital Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Born September 1, 1957 in Sherbrooke Quebec, he was the son of the late Charles Gordon and Elaine Loreinne Harris.
He was employed with Johnson Controls for the past 17 years as an Info Tech Project Manager. He loved his job.
Steven enjoyed riding his side by side with his wife Kristen with him. He loved to take drives through the countryside with a need for speed. He also enjoyed time shouting his guns. Chances are if you ever met Steve, you have experienced his giving heart. He would give the shirt off his back.
Steven is survived by his wife Kristen Michele Harris of Chambersburg, Pa; a brother Geoff (Karen)Harris of Orlando Florida; his two stepdaughters, Delanie Morgan of Chambersburg, PA, and Denai Dunham of Chambersburg, PA, his three children; Alexander Harris of East Berlin, PA, Allie Mazza of Kenneth Square, PA and April Harris of Lancaster, PA; two grandchildren, Wynrie Moon of Chambersburg, PA, and Declan Scott Harris of East Berlin, PA. Also, a niece Lauren Harris and a nephew Kyle Harris. He is also survived by his fur babies, Brooks, Finnegan, and Little Man.
Steve had a eloquent way with words, but more importantly he loved to make people laugh.
Celebration of his life will be held soon. Arrangements are by SimpleChoice Cremation Services, Inc, Chambersburg PA.
