Obituary for Paul Carbaugh Jr.
Paul M. Carbaugh, Jr., 75, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022 in the Chambersburg Hospital. Born May 17, 1947 in Chambersburg he was the son of the late Paul M. Carbaugh, Sr. and Laura A. (Scott) Carbaugh.
He was employed as a custodian for Chambersburg Area School District where he was a friend to many. Paul loved hunting and fishing with close friends, and a great passion of his were classic and muscle cars.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda (Lehman) Carbaugh; three children, Rodney M. Carbaugh, Troy L. Carbaugh wife Pepper, and Paul M. Thomas all of Chambersburg, PA; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters Laura “Bobby” Gelwicks husband David; Tina Bracken husband Jesse; Betty Kriner; and a brother Ralph Carbaugh wife Darlene. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Joe Carbaugh.
Paul loved joking around with family and friends, especially with his two sister-laws, Linda Singleton and Sandra Deitzel husband John both of Chambersburg, PA.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by SimpleChoice Cremation, Inc., Chambersburg.
