Obituary for Joseph "Joe" Rockwell
Joseph D. “Joe” Rockwell, 41, of Shippensburg, PA passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 in his home. Born March 27, 1980 in Chambersburg he was the son of Arlene “Susie” Keebaugh (John Talhelm) of Chambersburg, PA.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his brother, Jesse Rockwell (Angee) and two nieces Olivia and Emily. He is preceded in death by his wife, Andrea Grisett.
