Obituary for Félix Alonso Alonso
Félix Alonso Alonso, 67, of Mercersburg, PA passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 in the Chambersburg Hospital. Born May 2, 1955 in Siete Iglesias de Trabancos, Spain he was the son of the late Esteban Alonso Hernández and Agustina Alonso del Valle.
He was employed at Mercersburg Academy from 2004 until 2017. Prior to his employment at the academy, he was employed at a restaurant in Baltimore, MD. Félix enjoyed watching bullfights and Spanish soccer.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 39 years, Wendy S. Valeteen; two children, Amanda Alonso-Valenteen (Adonai López-Coronel) and Félix Alonso-Valenteen; two grandchildren, Amaia López-Alonso and Sebastián López-Alonso; five siblings, Eusebia Alonso Alonso, Florencia Alonso Alonso, Faustino Alonso Alonso, Lucinia Alonso Alonso, María Francisca Alonso Alonso; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by SimpleChoice Cremation Services, Inc., Chambersburg, PA.
