Obituary for Derick Webber
Derick W. Webber, 41, of Mercersburg, PA passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022 as a result of motorcycle accident in Guilford Township, PA. Born March 28, 1980 in Hagerstown, MD he was the son of Jacqueline (Bricker) Shockey and the late Eric D. Webber.
Derick was currently employed as a maintenance technician for Staples Distribution Center, Hagerstown, MD. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, shooting, telling “dad jokes” and spending time with his friends, family and especially his children.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by five children, Darian I. Shaeffer, Aurora E. Webber, Derick Z. Webber, Kaidence B. Webber and Jaxton B. Webber; his fiancée, Kimberly A. Norton; his maternal grandmother, Nancy Lee Bricker and a sister, Melissa Bellon. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, and an uncle, Ricky L. Bricker.
A memorial services will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Chambersburg Rod and Gun Club, 3725 Warm Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202. A celebration of life will follow in Clear Spring, MD; details to be provided at the memorial service. Arrangements are by SimpleChoice Cremation Services, Inc., Chambersburg, PA.
