Obituary for Daniel Linn Jr.
Daniel Paul Linn Jr., 51, of Chambersburg, passed away on Monday January 23, 2023 in his home, following a long illness. Born on July 12, 1971 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of Daniel Paul Linn Sr. and Brenda (Forsyth) Linn.
After high school Daniel attended Penn State University. Daniel had a love for camping, fishing, and hiking. He also loved his music, especially the GREATFUL DEAD. “Dead heads all the way.”
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Aimee Robinson brother in law Dana Robinson of Mercersburg, Pa; four aunts; Sarah Abdurahman of Hedgesville, WV, Rose Jones of Hagerstown, Md, Tina Hubert of Hedgesville, WV, Teresa Perkins of Coudersport, Pa; five uncles, Samuel Linn of Front Royal VA, Alvin Linn Jr of Williamsport, Md, Thornie Linn of Hagerstown, Md, David Forsyth of Hagerstown, Md, Michael Forsyth of Big Pool, Md, and many other extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; three uncles, Joseph Linn, Carl Linn and Robert Forsyth Jr; and three aunts, Medora Stoneberger, Edna Baker, and Clara Watson.
Corrina, his beloved Bison dog, which was at his side, will always miss him.
