Amelia A. Shoup, of Mercersburg, PA passed away Monday, January 17, 2022 at Menno Haven Retirement Community, Chambersburg, PA. Born January 16, 1941 in Grundy, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Silas and Captola (Baldwin) Barker.
